Many years since I last saw Don.  May he rest in peace.  Our thoughts are with Susan and family.

Don, just a totally nice person and a very handsome kid. My memory comes from elementary school days. Jane Tucker, Susan Mann and I were walking home from Highlands school, seriously talking about girl things and changes in our bodies, etc. etc. . Don and his buddy Doug Goodbrand caught up with us on their bikes and asked us what we were talking about. Of course we were too embarrassed to tell them...they turned their bikes around and peddled to Don's home to ask his mother. I bet she was not expecting that! They biked back and told us that they now knew everything...we did not ask them what everything was! Ah, such a sweet time in our lives.

Sue, it must be terribly hard. I wish you mostly many happy memories of your life together.   Love, Lou McKee

Lou

Thank you for this.  I remember that day like it was yesterday.  I think we we 12 years old.  I was devastated when Sue called me to tell me about Don.  I hope to see you in June.

So sorry to hear of your loss Sue.  My heart goes out to you and your family.  I always liked Don and did have a nice conversation with him at our last reunion.

Thinking of you.

Norma
