Awe no. Lynda. What a lovely bright and beautiful High Schooler you were. Over the years I wondered where you were and what you were doing. I hope someone can fill us in with your life story. I am sure you will be greatly missed by your family and friends. Along with the inevitable sadness, I wish your dear ones many happy "remember whens"....   Lou McKee

So shocked to hear of Lynda`s passing,,,she was so full of life.  I remember one time (it must have been in junior high) when I was so afraid for her as she rode off on someone`s motorcycle (hair flying...no helmet rule).  She suffered a terrible burn on her calf muscle from the exhaust pipe.  Sympathy wishes for her family and friends.

I am very sad to hear Lynda has passed away.  We grew up across the street from each other until her dad was transferred to San Francisco. In San Francisco I went down to visit her and stayed with her family for a week just before going back to U.B.C.  I also made a lot of trips up to the Sechelt Penninsula to visit with her and her sister when Lynda would come home to visit her family at their summer cabin.  We had a lot of fun up there crabbing, etc.  Lynda's sister and I nearly threw Lynda out our boat one summer as when we were bringing up the traps some crab got out causing Mary Louise and I to scramble to the stern (to save our life?) but also bringing the bow up.  Lynda was yelling at us and hanging on for dear life and we were yelling because of the crabs.  What a scene. I must admit, later on, we all had a good laugh and that night a good feast.  I also met up with Lynda in Hawaii.  I honestly did not realize how many things we had done together until I read she is no longer with us.  She was quite the woman.
